  • All items listed are in-stock. Shipments of in-stock items are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Climax Marine Services ships to limited countries internationally, and rates are based on delivery location and volume of the package.  Local and International shipping fees will be mentioned on the checkout page.  A customer can also choose to collect their shipment from our convenient showrooms at Abu Dhabi or Dubai location at no cost. 

    Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transportion fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. If you place your orders seperately we cannot package them together, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.  Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

    Keeping in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Climax Marines Services will not sell or ship to any country which is currently under sanctions by the government.

WARRANTY

Climax Marine Services expressly warrants new products sold by it to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of One (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of our product (“Purchaser”). The Purchaser must notify Climax Marine of any defect or malfunction in writing delivered by overnight delivery or certified mail and received within the warranty period in order to secure repair or replacement of the product and, if purchased from Climax Marine, the Purchaser must return the product to Climax Marine at Purchaser’s expense so that it is received within one day of the expiration of the warranty period. The remedies of repair, refund or full replacement shall be the sole remedies for any warranty claim at Climax Marine's discretion. The Purchaser expressly, voluntarily and knowingly waives the right to claim any implied warranty and any and all claims for consequential damages, which are expressly excluded from this warranty. Any law or court decision of a court of competent jurisdiction requiring the implied warranty of merchantability or any other warranty expressly waived herein, is limited in time to the length of this express written warranty. This Warranty is ineffective if the Purchaser or any user damages the product in his/its possession or fails to use the Product as directed, misuses or abuses the product, submits the product to unreasonable use or otherwise uses the Product in a manner other than as intended.

A 20% restocking fee is required on allowable non-defective product returns up to 25 days from date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are not available after 25 days. All returns are to ship prepaid via UPS/FedEx. All returns must be accompanied by a Climax Marine RMA form and authorised in advance with an RMA number. Our return period expires after 25 days from receipt of your purchase. As is customary in retail sales, after 25 days,we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
